With a vision to create a handmade collection that brings joy to all ages, Mumami has been offering unique clothing, accessories, room decorations, and the most delightful gifts for over 20 years for both kids and adults. Our collection is made with a high ethical and sustainable background, with care for people and the planet. The production is based in Amsterdam and Bosnia, and handmade by local artisan women.

As a part-time sales assistant, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming shopping experience for our customers. Your duties will include assisting customers with their purchases, communicating our brand, maintaining the store's appearance, and managing inventory. When needed, you will help our team with tasks for our online shop or social media. We are looking for someone who has a passion for unique fashion, strong communication skills, and a friendly and professional demeanor to welcome our international clientele.

What we require:

• Experience in a clothing store is preferred
• A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for unique fashion and appreciation for handwork
• Excellent and professional customer service
• Reflecting our brand accordingly through communication
• Residing in Amsterdam or nearby areas
• Flexibility and preferably able to work one day during the weekend
• High knowledge of English
• Basic knowledge of Dutch is a plus
