Mumami, a world of colorful handmade happiness, is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly sales assistant to join our team in the heart of Amsterdam. With a vision to create a handmade collection that not only brings joy by looking at it, but also by wearing it, Mumami has been offering unique clothing, accessories, room decorations, and the most delightful gifts for over 15 years. All of our products are sustainably made with a zero-waste principle and ethically handmade by local artisan women in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Amsterdam.

As a part-time sales assistant, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming shopping experience for our customers. Your duties will include assisting customers with purchases, maintaining the store's appearance, and managing inventory. You will help our team with tasks for our online shop or social media when needed. We are looking for someone with a passion for unique fashion, strong communication skills, and a friendly demeanor to welcome our international clientele.

What we require:

• Experience in a clothing store is preferred

• A positive, friendly attitude by engaging the customer through conversation and service

• Strong communication skills

• Passion for unique fashion and appreciation for handwork

• Excellent customer service

• Reflecting our brand accordingly through communication

• Residing in Amsterdam or nearby areas

• Flexibility and preferably the ability to work one day during the weekend

• High knowledge of English

• Basic knowledge of Dutch is a plus

• Availability to work during the summer months is preferred (high season)
